With over 15 years of organizational and management experience across multiple industries, including 7 years in orthodontics, Mary Lafrenz is a master of process improvement and project implementation. Mary served as a Director of Operations for one of the largest orthodontic practices in Florida and brings with her an intimate knowledge of Hummingbird systems.
Mary works with practices to keep patient data accurate and time appropriate. This role focuses specifically on the completeness of patient data, helping practices improve the quality of their reports. She then helps practices utilize those reports for practice growth.
Practices can harness Mary's skills and knowledge to leverage team resources and provide supplemental training and project support to accelerate progress and performance.
