Lead with Intention

High-performing orthodontic practices don’t happen by chance; they are built, refined, and shaped through intentional leadership.

This interactive two-day leadership experience is for orthodontists and leadership teams ready to replace “putting out daily fires” with clear systems, structure, and intentional leadership.

This is not passive CE.

Using real-world tools, guided discussions, and hands-on working sessions, attendees will actively develop practical solutions for their own practices. Together, we will focus on creating clarity, strengthening leadership, and implementing systems that support sustainable growth.

During this course, you will walk away with:

  • Clear, functional organizational structure and role clarity

  • A systems framework for a critical area of your practice

  • Meaningful KPIs and a simple dashboard to track what matters most

  • A Leadership Diagnosis Worksheet

  • A coaching framework for skill development and behavior management

  • Practical applications for using AI within your practice

  • An Action Plan to implement immediately

This collaborative course supports growing orthodontic practices in replacing chaos with clarity, building confident leaders, and cultivating thriving teams.

If you are ready to lead with intention instead of urgency, this is where that shift begins. This is an opportunity to reset how you lead, align your team, and build systems that support both performance and peace of mind. This collaborative, highly practical experience is designed for growing orthodontic practices ready to replace reactivity with intention, develop confident leaders at every level, and cultivate teams that operate with alignment, accountability, and purpose. Register today! Space is limited.

If your registration is paid by May 1, 2026, the fee is $3350 per person.  If paid on or after May 2, 2026, the fee is $3950.  You will pay for your shared or single room at the resort separately (at the beautiful Cedarbrook Lodge near Sea-Tac Airport). Once you register for the course, we will send you a discount code for the hotel.

Memories from the November 2025 Meeting, Cedarbrook Lodge, Seattle, WA

The Manager Meeting well exceeded my expectations. The amount and quality of material was unbelievable. Cannot believe how much was shared. Enjoyed meeting Kelsey and Dixie too! They are now part of our LAWLESS ORTHODONTIC Family, like it or not.
— Dr. Jay Lawless
Hands down one of the best conferences I’ve been to. I took away so many things that will be helpful to our practices. Thank you for the opportunity to come learn!
— Heather, Manager
You are truly remarkable humans, and I feel genuinely blessed to have spent the last couple of days learning from you. Kelsey and Dixie, you were every bit as inspiring as Karen, and I hope I have the chance to learn from you again. Karen, you could not have chosen a better team for this meeting. Thank you!
— Amber, Manager
