High-performing orthodontic practices are not the result of luck, timing, or talent alone. They are created deliberately by leaders who choose clarity over chaos and intention over reaction.
This immersive two-day leadership experience is designed for orthodontists and leadership teams who are ready to stop spending their days putting out fires and start leading with confidence, structure, and purpose. If your practice has grown faster than your systems, if leadership has begun to feel more draining than energizing, or if managing has quietly shifted from rewarding to exhausting, this course is designed to change how you lead.
Through real-world tools, guided discussion, and hands-on working sessions, you will actively design practical solutions tailored to your own practice, alongside peers navigating the same leadership challenges.
Together, we will focus on creating clarity, strengthening leadership capacity, and implementing systems that support sustainable, scalable growth.
During the course, you will clarify and develop:
An organizational structure with defined roles and accountability
Meaningful KPIs and a tracking process
Leadership tools to support skill development, team growth, and behavior changes
A customized action plan to improve an area in your practice
Documented operational protocols for reference and consistency
If you are ready to lead with intention instead of urgency, this is where that shift begins. This is an opportunity to reset how you lead, align your team, and build systems that support both performance and peace of mind.
This collaborative, highly practical experience is designed for growing orthodontic practices ready to replace reactivity with intention, develop confident leaders at every level, and cultivate teams that operate with alignment, accountability, and purpose. Register today! Space is limited.
If your registration is paid by March 1, 2026, the fee is $3250 per person. If paid on or after March 2, 2026, the fee is $3850. You will pay for your shared or single room at the resort separately (at the beautiful Cedarbrook Lodge near Sea-Tac Airport). Once you register for the course, we will send you a discount code for the hotel.
Memories from the November 2025 Meeting, Cedarbrook Lodge, Seattle, WA
“The Manager Meeting well exceeded my expectations. The amount and quality of material was unbelievable. Cannot believe how much was shared. Enjoyed meeting Kelsey and Dixie too! They are now part of our LAWLESS ORTHODONTIC Family, like it or not.”
“Hands down one of the best conferences I’ve been to. I took away so many things that will be helpful to our practices. Thank you for the opportunity to come learn!”
“You are truly remarkable humans, and I feel genuinely blessed to have spent the last couple of days learning from you. Kelsey and Dixie, you were every bit as inspiring as Karen, and I hope I have the chance to learn from you again. Karen, you could not have chosen a better team for this meeting. Thank you!”
