Join Karen Moawad, Dixie Robinson (from Dr. Bryan Horsley’s practice), and Kelsey Willman (from Dr. Mark Truman’s practice) for Hummingbird Associates’ Mastering Management: From Chaos to Clarity, a two-day course at the beautiful Cedarbrook Lodge in Seattle, WA.
Designed for orthodontists and their leadership teams, we will combine modern digital techniques with legacy operations as we cover the intricacies of operations, human resources, and everything in between. Appropriate for all experience levels, we will focus on new strategies to help leadership teams prepare for today's rapidly changing practice landscape.
Your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday and breakfast and lunch on Saturday.
