Hummingbird Associates is honored to host two annual study clubs by invitation only which focus on sharing wisdom, problem-solving, and discussing new solutions in orthodontics. Clients invited into one of the study clubs must demonstrate ingenuity, innovation, and a willingness to share. These meetings fuel What’s App messaging all year long among the members.

What is covered?

Operations, human resources, and the systems that hold a growing practice together, combining modern digital tools with proven operational practice. The focus is on strategies leadership teams can use in a rapidly changing practice landscape.

Should we send team members or just the doctor?

Send both where you can. Most of what limits a practice sits in the space between the doctor's intentions and the team's daily systems, and that gap closes fastest when both are in the room.
