This interactive two-day leadership experience is for orthodontists and leadership teams ready to replace “putting out daily fires” with clear systems, structure, and intentional leadership.
This is not passive CE.
Using real-world tools, guided discussions, and hands-on working sessions, attendees will actively develop practical solutions for their own practice. Together, we will focus on creating clarity, strengthening leadership, and implementing systems that support sustainable growth.
During this course, you’ll design:
Clear, functional organizational structure and role clarity
A practical SOP for a critical area of your practice
Meaningful KPIs and a simple dashboard to track what matters most
A coaching framework for skill development and behavior management
A 90-day leadership action plan you can immediately implement
This collaborative, practical course supports growing orthodontic practices in replacing chaos with clarity, building confident leaders, and cultivating thriving teams.
If your registration is paid by March 1, 2026, the fee is $3250. If paid on or after March 2, 2026, the fee is $3850. You will pay for your shared or single room at the resort separately (the lovely Cedarbrook Lodge, near the Sea-Tac Airport). Once you register for the course, we will send you a discount code for the hotel.
