To give back to the planet, our CEO, Karen Sneha Moawad, supports Amrita University (Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham) in India.  The research there is focused on compassion-driven innovation for societal benefit.  Karen is the Associate Dean of International Collaborations and primarily handles international collaborations in North America.  Below are some of the recent agreements signed and collaborations discussed.

Columbia University

University of Arizona

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and the University of Arizona are embarking on a multidisciplinary partnership in education and research.

In one of the largest ever international university collaborations in India, a Letter of Intent (LoI) was signed on December 12, 2019, by the Chancellor of Amrita University, Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, and Dr. Liesl Folks, Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs, University of Arizona.

Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma) invited by Pope Francis to create a Declaration against Slavery (Trafficked Children) at The Vatican.
