Christine Sadler – Leads remote consulting session covering the system and the 2 hours required to integrate into Asana and train the manager.

• A clear, objective system for evaluating hygienists / clinical assistants based on what they know, what procedures they can perform, and the competencies required to advance to the next level of compensation.

• Each hygienist / clinical assistant is assessed across the knowledge and skills required for their position. The results identify current strengths as well as specific areas where additional training and experience are needed. Instead of wondering what is required to earn the next increase in pay, the assistant has a defined pathway for advancement.

• Provides managers with an objective basis for compensation decisions

• The result is a structured system that gives hygienists / clinical assistants ownership of their development and gives practice leadership a fair, cosistent method for recognizing increased knowledge, skills, and value to the practice.
