Fees depend on the size of the practice, the number of locations, how many on-site days are involved, and the length of the engagement. A single-location practice and a five-location group are different projects. We quote after a conversation about what is actually happening in the practice, so you are not paying for work you do not need.

Is consulting worth it for a small practice?

Often yes, because small practices feel structural problems immediately. The question is not practice size but whether growth has outpaced the systems holding it together.

How is payment structured?

Engagements are structured around a defined scope and schedule agreed in advance. You will know what is included, how many on-site days are planned, and what happens between them before anything starts.

The Nectar Connection is free, and the Numbers Analysis is a smaller commitment than a full consulting engagement. Many practices begin with quarterly benchmarking, see where they actually stand, and decide from there.

What happens if it does not work?

Consulting only works when the practice implements. We are direct about that up front. The most common reason engagements stall is that the leadership team does not have the time or authority to carry changes through, which is why we address leadership structure early rather than last.
